About the Role
The appointed Product Administrator – Workfront will manage, optimise, and support the Adobe Workfront platform within my client's marketing teams.
This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient use of Adobe Workfront to drive collaboration, streamline workflows, and enhance productivity across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in Adobe Workfront administration, with deep experience in configuring the tool, managing users, automating workflows, and integrating it with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for Adobe Workfront, managing system configurations, security settings, and user roles.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Adobe Workfront users.
- Optimise and customise workflows to improve marketing and project management efficiency.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and project teams to ensure Workfront is aligned with business needs.
- Maintain data integrity, governance, and compliance within the Workfront platform.
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing users to enhance adoption.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into project performance.
- Stay updated with Workfront feature updates and best practices, recommending improvements.
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Adobe Workfront Administrator, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Workfront – administration, workflow automation, project templates, user management, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing project management processes and collaboration tools.
- Experience with Workfront Fusion or API integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Proven ability to train and support Workfront users at different levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
- Experience working in marketing, creative operations, or project management environments is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Adobe Workfront Core Certification(highly desirable).
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) are a plus.
You will need full rights to work in Australia. The role is hybrid and will require you to be at the office three days a week.
