Founding Director
I am the Founding Director of Extend Consulting.
My professional experience spans over two decades in the Recruitment, ICT, Media and Professional Services industries. I have held Director and General Manager roles across Operations, Digital, Marketing, Sales and Product functions.
During this time, I was privileged to contribute to the adoption of new practices and implementation of new digital services in the Recruitment and Talent Management verticals.
My work regularly involved dedicating time and resources to attract, engage and retain the many talented individuals who joined us to deliver on our goals.
With Extend Consulting I am using this experience to produce our own style of recruitment practice, which simply consists of working only in the professions we understand well and first-hand, and having true consultative relationships with clients and candidates.
I mentor MBA candidates from the University of New South Wales (AGSM) and am always keen to have a conversation about talent, growth, innovation, technology, work trends, art, golf and music.
