To do that they rely on best-in-market, versatile predictive algorithms that protect organisations of all sizes, their users, reputation and revenue/profit sources.
Off the back of their own market wins in the Asia Pacific region, they are intent on continuing supporting its customers through in-country CS and Renewals professionals to deliver on their promise.
The Customer Success Manager / Key Responsibilities
- Owning your client set's onboarding, configuration, and product adoption
- Strongly collaborating with Sales to create an effective, long term engagement
- Build relationships with decision-makers and champions across your book of business and lead strategic meetings to discuss account usage and opportunities
- Proactively identify churn and at risk accounts using the available platform and insights available, and involve Sales as needed
- Devising strategies to win customers back, if / when lost
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical field
- 1-3 years previous experience in Technical Support or Customer Success
- Experience in support a technical product, preferably gained in a DevOps environment
- Experience on-boarding and enabling new customers through documentation, webinars, videos, etc.
- Skilled at producing infographics and visually rich product and service materials, which will be used by clients and internally
- Working use ot Salesforce, MySQL Birst, Tableau, Looker, etc. so you can be self-sufficient in gathering data, diagnosing customer health, etc
- Confident and professionals presentation and written skills
