The Role / Key Responsibilities
I am looking to retain an experienced Scrum Master who drive the Agile ethos and discipline to a software implementation project.
Key skills and experience required:
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews) and removing obstacles for your team.
- Supporting Agile teams to understand project requirements, develop solutions, and deliver on time and within budget.
- Providing project reporting to Program Manager and other executives.
- Identifying and addressing project issues with a level of foresight and offer practical resolution and execution
- Developing and maintaining documentation, including process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
The successful candidate will likely have:
- Demonstrable expertise in matters Agile / Scrum
- Problem-resolution aptitude, offering objective, practical insights.
- Impeccable communication attributes at all organisational levels
- Resilience and Ethical behaviour as their hallmark
- A degree in computer science will be highly advantageous
This contract is available for an initial 6 with extensions likely. Competitive day rates will offered, which will be consisted with skills and experience.
This is a role that will need you to be based in Melbourne as you will be required to attend the office from time to time
